Warranty

We care about our tea and accessories and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it does occasionally happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to make a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to notify us of this within 14 days of receiving the products. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that things do not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing tete.a.the@gmail.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation. From 15 February 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union's platform. But we can probably resolve this very easily.
